Whom this Privacy Policy for?
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Privacy Policy’) is intended to inform data subjects about the processing of personal data by the Public Entity Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agency’). In the Privacy Policy, we provide applicants, beneficiaries, contractors, promoters of projects funded by European Union programmes, verifiers, participants, managers, participants in events, trainings organised by the Agency, whistleblowers, suppliers involved in public procurement, candidates for employees, trainees, providers of services to the Agency, websites: https://pva.lrv.lt/en, www.lietuva-polska.eu, www.eni-cbc.eu/llb, www.eni-cbc.eu/lr,https://jems.lietuva-polska.eu/ accounts in the Agency's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube social networks for visitors and other data subjects specified in the Privacy Policy information about how we process your personal data. Further, any person whose personal data we process is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Data Subject".

What is personal data?
Personal data is any information collected by the Agency about the Data Subject which can be used to identify the Data Subject and is stored electronically or otherwise.
Personal data includes any information, including the name and address of the Data Subject, that the Agency collects about Data Subjects for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in a separate consent of the Data Subject or agreement with the Agency.
This data also includes personal information in the public domain, which is accessed by the Agency when you contact the Agency via social media or after active actions on the Agency's social media accounts.
The Agency shall process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR),the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the legal protection of personal data, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on electronic communications and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
